IF IT WAS NA FOR YOUR MEDICS
G D C G
You’d be left on battlefields to fester and to bleed
G C G
And if you got a broken leg a waving in the breeze
D G
The first thing that you shout for is your medics.
C G
Medics they are wonderful, medics they are swell.
D
They come in different colourer skins and different shapes as well
G C G
They can diagnose a broken leg and fix a splint
Wrap a sling around you neck, swab sores with smelly lint.
Cure you of the diorreah and bind you up real swell
And you’d be in the shit without you medics
Elastoplasts and bandages and antiseptic gels
Pills to take away the blues and jabs to make you yell
And if you ever get caught out with shrapnel in you rear
You’ll bloody soon go shouting for your medics
CHORUS
